2013 WRX CEL with no codes in AP / Scanner?

Hi, I have a 2013 WRX with a catless DP/N1 exhaust and AEM intake running the TP stage 2 map. My car has been on this tune for the past week or so? After the car had been idling in traffic yesterday for 10 minutes it threw a CEL. I get home hook the AP for codes and I did not receive any codes? I brought it to advance today to check for any codes via OBDII scanner and did not have any codes there as well?

My question is are there Subaru codes that are not understood by my AP or a scanner or some sort of issue I do not know of that has happened before? I really do not have any issues that I know of there is a problem?

    Thanks everyone!

Something's not right here. You should at least get a code, maybe with no explanation of what it means, but a code nevertheless.
You can't have everything - where would you put it?

Have you tried A) clearing out with AP or B) hard resetting by disconnecting battery and pumping brake pedal?

    Might be a fluke.
