Switching from catless to catted downpipe... do I need a retune?

Stage 2 bugeye, protuned on a dyno. I'm thinking about swapping from a catless downpipe to a high-flow catted one. I've read and heard that there isn't much of any difference in the performance of the two at Stage 2 levels... could it affect things enough to require a retune?

I'm inclined to think no, but you are at a different elevation which might change things. Some of our resident tuning experts might know better.
