    Acess port question

    I got a question on the cobb accessport I got it installed but trying too get it work with acess tuner race and says can't find ecu

    Says a cable was found but a ecu was not detected. Please check cabling and cycle ignition if needed

    Which version AP?

    And did you connect the AP to the computer make sure it has the most recent firmware?

    Did you buy the AP new or used? If used, it may not have been unmarried from the previous vehicle.

    I'm not positive this is the issue, but when you first marry the AP to your car it is supposed to auto detect the vehicle to attached it to. In this case, it may not have recognized the car properly since it thinks it's an STi.

    I would call Cobb ASAP before doing anything else. They have good support and should be able to walk you through fixing it.

    I misread your OP. Sorry about that. I have no experience with Accesstuner since it isn't available for Mac.
