    Inlet at Stg1? Sounds like a waste of money and time to me. They appear to be a real PITA to install in many cases too. I've even heard that Stg2 doesn't really benefit much from an inlet either. Did I miss something?!?!

    It is a waste of money. Usually the only reason to replace them is if you are running a larger turbo or if you tear the stock inlet (may as well replace with stronger when you're in there, right?)

    And this is false as well. 3rd Gen WRXs are known to actually benefit from cold air intakes much better than previous generations. And not just with rotated setups either...if you max out your MAF (which people do simply with even a 16G turbo), then you are in the market for a better intake.

    So..do you guys think Perrin is over priced? or should i settle for something else like AEM? You guys are making my decisions even harder now. lol. but good inputs. Well. there aren't much floods in my area, so short ram intake.
