    Exhaust and blow off

I am a new owner of a 06 wrx tr, I am looking to upgrade my exhaust and maybe the blow off valve as well, if I do so would I have to get the car tuned?

    1) skip the BOV. do an intake silencer delete if you want wooshing noise

    2) axleback or back catback exhaust does not require a tune

    3) a downpipe, or full turboback exhaust does require a tune.

Yes, you need an EM for engine mods
