Take more pictures. If this is an OEM Subaru turbo then it is probably a 13T. Alot of people/companies do modify the stock turbo by replacing the 13T compressor wheel with a 19T and machine the compressor housing to fit the new wheel. Only way to 100% know is to remove the compressor housing and measure the inducer and exducer.

If it's Critical and requires renovation, Or the axle is in good - quite reasonable condition ?

Is the axle comes as a single unit with the turbine?
The nut / bolt is very tight and can not be released without unwanted power force.
Looks like the compressor wheel is junk. Half of the pictures are out of focus but it looks like the turbine wheel might have made some contact with the turbine housing. You can buy a fully assemble CHRA and just reuse the turbine and compressor housings.
