^^^ No.... but I would think if it were an electrical problem... it would be consistent all the time. Same thing with a vacuum leak... it would indicate right at startup.
After a couple days..... I see it the trend. The car starts and provides correct FP for the first 30 seconds.... and then drops off 10 psi.
I ordered an aftermarket adjustable FPR... I'm a bit concerned about using it though. I may be able to adjust the fuel pressure accordingly.... but unless it consistently "holds" pressure (without the 30-second 10psi drop).... then the problem is something else.
