Ooh,hang on. That is the throb of a turbocharged flat four engine. A sound which, all over the world, heralds the imminent arrival of a moron - JC.

You have to keep in mind that with a TMIC that the idea is efficiency... even more so than power. Also, the fact that an aftermarket TM has A LOT more surface area which is one of the ways it helps cool the air.

If you are going close to 350? Hmmm, well honestly I don't know because I myself wasn't going to take the chance, but I don't know if the stock one can move/cool that much air tbh.

The Process west is by most considered to be THE best... Perrin also makes a very good product and is a bit cheaper, but i'm not sure how much better or worse one would be considered. The perrin will do it's job... it might make a little less power, but that would likely be your only issue.. it might make the same and you saved 200.00 or more.

remember that while we all have the same cars (with exception of years or STI or non) they all will not react the same to the same parts. Some cars are factory freaks and will just have/make more power with the same parts... others may throw codes left and right, so you have to be patient sometimes.

I re-used mine... it works fine. Then again I only had 2000 or so miles on the car when I did the change so maybe they rust or break down?

Well, I'm at 25k so we'll see if mine is still OK to re-use. If not, the dealership is right down the street... will just need my "box" to drive me there and pick up an OEM one.
