Plus you have to consider that most cruising and daily driving isn't actually going to use +30% for e85.. highway driving is more like +10% fuel consumption compared to 93. If e85 wasn't $2.42/gallon it would be a different story..
    That's cheap! What's pump?

I thought it was closer to the +30 on DD/cruise than the numbers you're getting (20ish). Good to know.

I think 93 is like $3.60-$3.75/gal right now. One thing with e85 is that prices vary widely from pump to pump (and week to week lately). I've seen e85 going for $2.68/gal at one station, and just five miles away another station selling it for $3.20 something, both HEB grocery stores.

I'll be able to do more scientific comparisons after my next tune.. my fuel economy blows right now, no matter what I'm using. Of course the new cams may destroy my cruising MPG anyways, who knows.

thank you very much for all your help guys, I am just very curious, for some reason I thought that if I run e85 I would save $$$ .. but with all the previous reading seems I won't, would E85 wear out my engine faster tho???

i feel differently than most about modifying all the brand new factory suspension components/bushings you guys seem to love replacing. i didnt see mention of him tracking the car? maybe i missed it. but i can take corners at double the posted corner speed with my entirely stock 2013 with ease. if he wants more power then let him have it? not everybody is trying to go flying around a corner at top speed on the street......
(im not saying modifying suspension doesnt have its place and is not worth while. its a must have if your going to track the car and want to be competitive. but for a DD street car? come on....)

to the OP. basically everyone has already told you the best route for more power.
but basically i think maybe you should start with an Accessport and a turboback. go stage 2 for a while and see how you like it. if you want more after a while or so at stage 2 then start looking into other avenues for power

You're missing the point...the additional power can make what is sufficient for a stock car, insufficient.

Brakes isn't something I'd go out and rush to replace right away with a bolt-on car; if you're driving hard enough to fade the brakes on the street, you need to look at your driving habits a little more closely. When it comes time to replace them, stepping up to some better parts isn't a bad idea. The most important aspect for braking on the street is your tires.

Suspension, on the other hand, should really be addressed a bit with the additional power, which tires are a significant part of, so you can kill two birds with one stone.

But...there's a difference between how squishy the rubber is, and how nice urethane is. If you haven't driven a car with those modifications, then you have no basis.

When you have a much more predictable turn in due to a much more responsive suspension, turning and cornering at even speed limits are much more enjoyable. Plus...suspension isn't all about handling. A properly tuned suspension will keep that increased power on the road where it should be through all driving styles and situations.

im jealous! $3.60 for 93? i paid $4.39 last night for crap acn 91! i just went tp stage 3 and bought brake pads, lines and fluid for 130 all together. cheap money for alot safer ride. also i have the whiteline sub frame bushings and that was an amazing suspension mod for the money.i kinda agree with endless... i dont see udgrading the suspension is a must if thats not what your after or pushing the car beyond its limits.
boost is like alcohol, its fun and great in moderation, to much and something's gonna go boom.
