    It is the stock turbo does somone have a link to vacume diagram so I can figure these rotten hoses out I'm gessing its messing somthing up. There is a solinoid that isn't even hooked up cause both the lines are broke.

    uh oh. Sounds to me like the Wastegate is not plumbed in to the high pressure system

    I need the lines on the drivers side of the inlet pipe all the line in this pic are in good working order. I tried looking one up but my phone is bein stupid .

    i still think its another issue beyond your missing/damaged hoses. your car would not be running properly at a true(assuming your gauge is working correctly) 19psi

    top two places ive seen them hooked into.
    1. the BPV line(my preference)
    2. the line between the turbo and the wastegate.

    If you go with option #2, the boost reading will be at the compressor and not the cylinder i.e. incorrect.

    Remember, the pressure drop across the core of the stock wrx/STi intercooler is approx. 2.0PSI. Therefore, if your target boost is 17 PSI, the gauge will read 19 PSI.
