You clearly are not understanding the relationship between the two. I don't know how to make it anymore clearer than what has been already stated several times.

Check your DAM before doing anything WOT.

Look at the boost error. Where you're hitting 19.61psi at 4999rpm, your tune is targeting 16.3psi. Doesn't look so much like creep, just over boosting.. so hopefully the LWG map will do you right.

This looks a lot better, but the IDC's are kind of high. What would happen if I were to retard the timing a degree?

Need help with stage 2 tune.

Still over boosting. May want to run the 91 or ACN map.

The 91 looks almost identical. Peak boost was 18.8 or something. I will post that log pretty soon.

You need to either get a protune or switch to a catted DP, these maps were not designed to be ran with a catless downpipe. You're going to end up doing major harm to your car if you keep driving it with the way it's running right now.

Need help with stage 2 tune.

According to Cobb, you want TD boost error to be a small, positive number throughout the range. The 91 map should have lower boost targets, and the ACN map should have even lower wastegate duty cycles.

Running lower boost should bring down your IDCs as well.

And yes, they were designed for a catted downpipe. I'd only run catless with a protune, but to each his own.

Where did you see that? What classified as a "small positive" number? After looking at the logs I pulled from the stage 1 map. The TD boost appears to be a little better, but still goes into the negs

I'm going to get a protune.

And baby the crap out of the car while you're at it or if it's going to be a while before you can get the protune I'd just throw the stock DP back on. I'd hate to see you blow up your car bud...

I read it. Thanks for the link. I will pull a log with that map to see how it looks. I read around and other guys are saying as long as my a/f ratios are fine and I'm not getting knock; my combustion chamber will be happy. I am over boosting slightly, but the map says +/- 1 psi. However I will pull a log and I appreciate the help.
