keep up as far as what?

autocross? drag racing? time attack? driving through the grocery store's parking lot looking for a spot? :P

typically people with 2.5RS or 2.5I will skip power mods all together since there is little gain, and go right for suspension.

I would hit up this site Normally Aspirated Powertrain - NASIOC as ClubWRX is primarily turbo based

You could get rid of the Megan springs...that will make your car faster.
