    On pump gas, rotated Garrett GTX3576r. You will want forged pistons at the very least, I would do cams as well.

    Depends on the dyno, but in general, on pump gas, a GT30 turbo or larger will get you those goals.

    Be aware that the stock block will likely not handle that kind of power, so set aside $5K+ for a shortblock rebuild.
