I put in the fp and 5 gallons of e85 and turned the key and I read no fuel level and get no prime noise from the pump. Now my intake manifold is still off but I should at least get fuel level and prime noise even without it right? I already pulled the pump again and made sure all the connections were snug, and I checked my fuel pump fuse. ???

Do you know where that is located?
Uhhhh...I want to say it's on the passenger side on where the floor meets the sidewall. Right in front of the door. But don't quote me on that. I really doubt that it's the problem though. Are you running aftermarket fuel rails or the stockers? I think that once you put everything back together you should get what you need. Yeah I wont stress it too hard until my intake manifold and harness is all hooked up and back together. I will let you guys know if the problem continues when I get off and put it back together. Are you active duty or reserve btw?
Active. I was at Ft Riley a few years ago for CST before they moved it to Louisiana.

*UPDATE* False alarm. You do infact have to have your IM/wiring harness all hooked up or you will get no response out of your FP/fuel level.
I kinda figured that was the problem. Glad you got it sorted.
