CNT anybody?

I've got my eye on the CNT catted downpipe too. From what I've read, reviews are mostly positive.

I personally don't think its worth the extra $$$ for an Invidia or Cobb downpipe when it has little effect on the overall sound of the car. They all do pretty much the same thing. I'd rather spend money on the catback if I'm concerned with sound.

When I bought my Invidia Catless, it was only for performance gains and no sound involved. Now, sound came into play. It's funny going from catless to catted I expected to suddenly hate the way the car's throttle response would be. Instead, I'm happier with the throttle response which seems more on point and the acceleration seems smoother. Oh and the car sounds deeper. That part I don't get.

I search everyday for some seeds to plant a money tree. So far no luck...

When you find some, please let me know. THe backyard stays fairly moist so I think I'd be able to grow one here.

Yes. I have the Perrin Stage2 OTS map for the A/P. It's staying on there until I finally swap the turbo out which I've been waiting since October to do.

Bought a CNT CBE and the fitment was on point and it sounded awesome but I had to switch to a megan oe-rs because it was just a little louder than what i was looking for but i will be keeping it. Just ordered their FMIC kit and catless downpipe so well see how it goes everything looks and if the downpipe and FMIC Kit are as good a quality as the CBE i will be more than happy for the amount of money being saved...

I see this thread is a bit old however...
I want to go stg2 with my 11 wrx (stg1 plus at the moment) I have been researching hardcore for a decent ratio of cost/product. I have the nameless axleback right now with my stock DP and stock midpipe. I am trying to either A, find a 3'' midpipe so i do not have to use the CNT adapter (i have heard adapters sometimes cause an exhaust leak) or B have a 3" midpipe made to match the CNT DP 3" to my axleback. Any help would be appreciated.
