i think that they offered the mid pipe is great. I wanted to get the nameless exhaust because i love the sound, but with no mid pipe i would have had to had one made to connect to my DP, so can you buy the nameless exhaust now as a cat back? and how much where they asking for the mid pipe alone?

Hey Tony, exhaust looks and sounds great brother! Got a question for you, I'd like to go to Stage 2 on my 2011 wrx sometime in the near future, but dont got the cash right now, if I were to get a nameless axleback, im assuming that if i wanted to go to stage 2 later, i would then have to buy a catback? Would the nameless be then useless if i wanted to upgrade to stage 2?

technically, you would opnly have to buy a downpipe and can keep the stock midpipe and nameless axel back.

or you could do what i'm doing, and getting the nameless midpipe and an aftermarket downpipe.

my midpipe should be shipping out today....woohoo

Nameless also make a midpipe. You could order just the axle back & the midpipe later,or you could order the entire cat back.

or like Will said keep the stock midpipe & nameless axleback & just get a downpipe for stage 2.

hey guys, i want a nameless axleback with the dual quad tip... only problem is that i have a 09 wrx, which only has one exhaust outlet in the bumper...

could i get the STI axleback and cut an other outlet in the bumper? or it will not fit anyways?

let me know if you did it or if you know somone that did it!

Nameless did have plans for a single exit exhaust for the 09 wrx ,but IDK if it materialized. You could still call them & ask.

in order to get that to work, you would probably have to have the underside of the bumper custom made so that everything will fit.

Ok, I have a 2011 sedan, anyone heard / been inside of the the sedan with the Nameless system? I do a lot of highway driving and I don't want it if it drones in the mid-range. :/ I know what my old 03 wag sounded like with a muffler delete, and it was REALLY loud.

I went with magnaflow cat back and it sounds awesome. Great low end growl but not really any droning at highway speeds. And you can get the magnaflow catback for about $500 whereas the nameless catback was over $900

Went ahead with the purchase. The Nameless Axelback for the sedan sounds UHMAZING. Loud, but defniitely awesome. No droning at all. Just a high quality rumble.
