Just ordered a Process West TMIC (installed 9/4)

I've been on the sidelines about a TMIC for a long time, not sure of which one to get. wrx wagone pointed me toward this one.

It comes with a custom made splitter designed to direct air flow over the entire core and its own Y pipe. I can't think of another that has a custom splitter.

I'll let you all know how it works out.

You may need an STI scoop to accommodate the new splitter. I'd see if you can find the new dimensions and see if it will fit under your stock scoop.

Rally Sport seems to think the WRX scoop will work well. We'll see.

They have two splitters, one for the WRX scoop and one for the STi scoop.

Expensive? Not so much when you consider it comes with the splitter and Y hose.

I'm tweaking my tune with some help using a Tactrix cable - no more accessport.

Finally, someone sells a complete package.
$800 seems like a good price for all you get.

I guess the custom splitter is huge. Most aftermarket TMICs don't offer that or the Y-Pipe (which is something usually difficult to source in itself).

I guess I just think of it as expensive compared to the $100 ebay ones
