How did you connect the barely accessible hose way down that I pointed out at the Victory meet?

Pretty straight forward. I just disconnected it and put the coupler/hose into it. As you showed me...

It will not compromise the coating in any way, it is strictly aesthetics. If you are unhappy with the finish let us know and we will 100% get you a new one free of charge. The discoloration is only the chemical they use to wipe them down not being cleaned off. This will in no way affect the performance of this unit, and this is the only single one we have seen have this happen.

Either way we will make sure to take care of you!

Mine is turning red as well, though so far it's not as drastic as his because I haven't been driving a lot. If we get a new one will this just happen again?

No it will not, there was a very small isolated batch that this happened with and we will gladly fix this for you. You can send us an email at sales@grimmspeed.com if this is of concern to you!

    Hope this helps!

    AOS update

    Stay tuned ...
Over three months have passed. I just swapped out ICs with a new Process West TMIC and splitter.

I am happy to report that there was no trace of oil residue in any part of the IC system. The AOS works as advertised. Nice product GrimmSpeed!

They replaced the red / pink core a week or so ago. No hassles, could not have been easier.

I've been really happy with mine so far. It's really great for 06-07 cars, where there isn't much room for two catch cans.

I'm still trying to decide that too...I think winter tires and a bigger TMIC are up higher on my list though....

I just can't justify the 300 dollar price tag...
