2011 wrx with pioneer avic x930bt & pac swi-ps problems

I swapped out my factory radio to a pioneer avic x930bt. I wanted to retain my factory controls. I had a pac swi-ps left over from my s2000. I was able to program the volume up, source, up/down tracks and pickup/ hang up buttons. For some reason it does not read my volume down nor voice command button. I cannot program those buttons with the module.

The function on the module works because I can program my factory volume up button to the modules volume down but It does not read the actual volume down button.. Anyone has experienced this as well?

I only have experience with the Axxess SWC module.
