A/V EXPERT NEEDED!! ADVICE PLEASE!

So I am removing the http://www.amazon.com/Pioneer-GEX-P9...rds=GEX-P920XM
from my car before I trade it in to put with the new head unit I will be installing.

The wires with the current tuner need to be replaced so I need to find replacement wires so that I do not have to rebuy the tuner.

Can someone find for me on amazon the correct wires to purchase to just plug the tuner right into one of these headunits (below) thanks in advance!!

Also if anyone has any advice as to which of the following head units is the best buy I would appreciate it. Reviews on amazon help but they are all not so tech savvy and dont realize the unit isn't bypassed and complain they cant use it while driving lol...

one has dvd the other doesnt but other than that feature if anyone has experience please share your opinion.
