Just picked up my 2010 WRX last week. It has the premium sound, (6 disc changer tweeters in the doors etc)
Does anyone know where the factory amp is?
I want to put Alpine Type R components in the front and type R coaxial in the back,
I had these same speakers in my celica, but they were left in there as I did not keep the factory speakers..

I also have an MRD-M1000 monoblock pushing my two Type R- 10's..

I want to retain the steering wheel controls, and aux input.
I am:
a. open to suggestions to aftermake HU's that have a stock appearance
or
b. suggestions to incorporate the aforementioned with the fact prem HU.

Thoughts and suggestion?
