Check the fuses again. If all of this stuff worked before you started working on the car, then I'm sure you blew a fuse.

So I sat out today to install a little kenwood self powered sub under the seat of my 2005 wrx today. All seemed to be going well until I tried to plug everything up and see if everything was at least getting power and.. no. The little ring around the the ignition will not light up, the radio will not come on, and my interior lights won't come on.
I was checking some of the voltages and the always on power wire to the radio does not have power on it, not even when the key is in the acc position. Seems like the wire color is blue with a purple stripe.
Everything else in the car works. However my voltmeter in the gauge cluster shows a little over 14V when the car is running. all the fuses (atleast for the radio) are still good. I did mess around behind the fuse box but never unplugged anything cause it was a pain to get to.
Any thoughts??

You are exactly right. It was one of the fuses under the hood. I appreciate your response man! I'm a mechanical guy and as far as I'm concerned electricity is magic and freak out when something like that happens.
