Are KP-653N Speakers Any Good?

They're cheap online and seem to have decent reviews. I know the stock system in my 08 sucks. I'm going to change the head unit, but I was wondering if I could get away with better sound for so little.

Power Acoustik isn't a great brand, and they're not to powerful (20W, according to Amazon).

The OE stereo system fault is that it's underpowered. If you want better sound quality, you need to amplify the system, either by an aftermarket headunit or an amplifier. If you're happy with the features of the OE H/U, an amp may be your best bet since it can power both the speakers and a sub (if you get one with enough channels).
