6 Disc CD Change Not Working

Hi ya'll, I just recently got the 02 wrx. My Cd player doesn't seem to work, however, the radio works fine. I was wondering if you guys might know what the problem may be. Is the whole unit itself busted? or is it connection problems? Any advise will help lots!!

I swear! I'm not trying to sound mean, but are you positive you're doing it right? I'm embarrassed to say this, but when i got my bugeye, I thought the stereo was broken too, but after reading the manual i figured out what I had to do in order to get it to work

What exactly doesn't work on the stereo? are there any CDs in it now? Can you load a CD into the active slot (just push a CD in while it's on)? If you can, try hitting "Load" then a number on the stereo that's different than the current slot (you'll see it light up on the LCD when the CD goes in).
