    Does anyone know if there is a problem with putting any old speaker in the doors of the 06 WRX? The guys at the audio shop told me that the magenet on regular speakers will hit the window track when you roll it down. Is this true?

    True....

    You can buy spacers online.. but fitment may still be an issue.

    Is there any suggestions about what speakers are a good buy then? I'm having a hard time trying to find speakers that are good quality that wont have fitment issues.

    Look into some pioneers. Smaller magnets. Mine didn't have an issue. Auto windows ?
