Barely, the friction will keep it there. An awesome sub for the size and price. Adjustability is excellent.

I have one under the passenger seat of my 05 sedan. I couldn't be happier with it. If you're looking for some more bump without having to sacrifice trunk room, this is the way to go.

I'm looking for bass without sacrificing ANY cabin/trunk space whatsoever. Those door speaker just don't cut it... even with upgrades.
