Noreason it looked like people were wondering what the name brand it was.
For a walmart sub it sounds pretty good.

I have an 05 sti and was going to add these stereo upgrades...comments please?

    STi Factory Tweeter Kit
Many Impreza STi's did not come with a factory audio systems. If your STi did not come with factory audio, this is everything you will need to add factory tweeters to your car- two tweeters plus all the mounting hardware.

    Price:$60.00
I was told the STI does not come with these tweeters installed but I could be wrong.

    Subwoofer/Amplifier
Mounted under the passenger's seat. Adds 120 watts of power and delivers super bass you not only hear but feel.

    Price:$185.00
    both from:

But I have seen the sub for less.

Since you have an 05 you did get the tweeters and sti speakers so you dont need that. The subwoofer and amp you listed for 185 is why I built my own. Its 3 times better (my custom one) in my opinion and I spent half as much.

BrandonWRX Yeah I know it isn't the best but doing a little research I found it listed for as little as $108.00...at that price although it may not be as good as the one you are building it sure becomes an easier and less time consuming project and it is designed to fit under the seat without interference. Thanks for the tip on the tweeters glad I don't have to go through the hassle of installing them but I will check for sound coming from their location before I write them off completely. I've actually located them for under $30.00 a pair new.

I already finished building and installing it. If you like, I can build you one too, but if you feel the stock one would be easier to deal with overall go for it. where did you find it for 108?

Yeah the tweeters are there I actually listed to them by putting my ear next to the grill.

My bad, not $108 but $104 at:
