It would be little harder to come off if it were in the sun.....prolly best to keep it in the shade....but with some elbow grease...youre good
I wouldnt think you would need to redo it. As long as you rewash and wax the next day or when you get off you'll be fine.

well no one has really explained the "why" so here goes: the clay takes everything, everything off the paint. meaning there is no protection at all. no, its not going to peel off, but you may get dirt embedded into the paint pretty good if you dont wax it soon enough. if it gets embedded deep enough it can be a real pain to get out. worse, you could even get tree sap or bird doo on the car which can stain permanently.
but if you get caught in that situation where you just dont have the time, then dont worry; just rewash the car as soon as you can, i'd hit the front bumper and maybe the hood and mirrors with the clay bar again real quick, then wax away![]()
