    FYI: I found an aftermarket company, Epcomfg.com, that makes nice shifter knobs. I got a 2 1/4 inch white billiard ball style engraved with the 5 Spd shift pattern for $42 shipped. It is very high quality. For those interested in shift knobs, give them a look.
