Sadly, what pics you have shown is pretty common for a new car. These dealerships hire novice kids to wash, wax, and move the car as quickly as possible. Trust me, they are NOT detailers by any means, nor do the majority of them have a single clue about it.
Every car I buy I tell them DO NOT TOUCH THE PAINT. I bring it home, wash, clay, buff and opti-coat the car after I get it exactly how I want it.
The difficultly you are going to run into no matter what, is that it's a black car and while when clean they look excellent, everything shows up on it.
