I think my exhaust stained my bumper..

I noticed my recently purchased 04 aspen white sti has what appears to be stains from the exhaust on the back bumper, I washed it yesterday and it dosnt seem to have come off. Any ideas to get this off? it's not permanent is it?

edit: also I noticed the front of my sti is a f%^&in bug catcher.... would goo gone be good for removing those suborn bug corpses?

Use Pre-Wax Cleaner and it will come off.
