What is your opinion on the condition of the front of body[as that all you can see] on this 07 STi front end ?

Also,i know what the cosmetic abnormality is,i needed outsider
to look and tell me what it is,if they notice it.

yeah i did notice the fog surrounds gone. I thought you were talking in terms of condition. Then I was wondering why you would ask hah, looks good to me!

But the fogs do look awkward without the surrounds.

I noticed a little fogginess (lack of gloss) in the paint above the foglight on the driver side as well. Is that just the photo? Almost looks like a shoddy repainting. If not, I apologize.
