    You should always wax a car before it rains. it helps keep the paint in better condition the next time you wash it. I detail cars for a living.

    Always wax -- even if it's going to rain the next day. It will protect the car and make it easier to clean next time!

    well i think the main question was wether or not to wax, not maintenance. We all say wax, then you can enjoy driving a nice clean car.
