Despite my brief convesation with Garret over the phone and our various exchanges on the forum, I can tell that Garret really has awesome customer service and goes out of his way to please his customers! Right on for WorldONE!

Its the only place I go for my mods! Even if someone offered me a cheaper price then Garret, I would still buy from him. Why? Fast shipping! And the no damages when I got my stuff.

Well, here's just another great review from yet another satisfied customer! I ordered a TXS stg. 3 package from Garret. He gave me an awesome price and it even arrived a day earlier than promised! His e-mail correspondence was EXCELLENT... very detailed communications and very honest about availability of parts... most other vendors who I contacted for price quotes either sent me 1 line e-mails with no answers to any of my questions or didn't even bother to reply to my e-mail. A very refreshing experience after my poor Vivid one!

i just got off the phone with Garrett--great guy. very informative, friendly, and helpful. i bought a rear sway bar, mounts, and links, he even knocked 20$ off the price for me! answered all my e-mails quickly and very in-depth. im definetely gonna be giving my business to worldone from now on!! thanks garrett

I ordered a turboxs stealth back and the replica fog light covers on sunday. Wednesday the exhaust is here and the fog lights scheduled for monday. Spoke to Garret on the phone for a bit as well, great prices and service. Will definetely do some more business with him in the future.

I've pestered Garret at World One Performance for information regarding his products, pricing and availability quotes to Honolulu, HI (not a standard quote), etc. etc. He price matched certain items, went out of his way to get me timely quotes - but unfortunately many times I was forced to NOT purchase what I was inquiring about at all, or lucked into such a STELLAR one-time/never gonna beat it deal that I haven't been able to give World One any of my business.

That changed yesterday when I ordered a UTEC through Garret. He IMMEDIATELY replied to my e-mail with a lengthy response (he must type nearly as fast as I do :D) that was chock full of information.

I spoke with Sam (one of the principals at World One I believe) and he was incredibly courteous, efficient, and personable. He was able to take my payment in the form of a split credit card and promised me an e-mailed invoice and tracking number as soon as the unit left their facility.

I believe that was around 12pm or 1pm PST. I believe this was about the time that they RECEIVED their shipment of UTECS.

I just checked my e-mail, and as promised there was an invoice and a UPS tracking number as of 5pm PST.

Abso-smurfly OUTSTANDING!

I'm just sorry I wasn't able to do business with Garret and the fine folks at World One before.

Bravo!

I just got the last of my large order from WorldOnePerformance today and I can't say enough about the quality of the customer service Garret provides. I gave him a complex order, and even ordered something that wasn't released yet (oops) and he kept me in the loop through the entire process finding me a replacement part and letting me know where everything was all the time.

I must say I couldn't have asked for a better first experience buying aftermarket parts for the WRX and would give WorldOne my highest recommendation. Give them a shot!

Yeah, Garret is a total badass! :D I ordered a TurboXS uppipe and called World One about an hour later to ask when the product would ship... I spoke to Garret on a Monday and he informed me about the availability of the uppipe and how TXS had to recall their previous order of uppipes due to reliability issues. He said that World One would not be receiving their new shipment until Wednesday or Thursday, but I would receive my uppipe ASAP. He was extremely helpful and courteous on the phone.

Even though I live in WA state (where World One is located), and I have to pay sales tax, I plan on buying EVERY future WRX mod from World One, because 1) the prices are unbeatable (even after tax!), 2) the shipping is super fast, and 3) the service is top notch.

I look forward to doing business with Garret and World One in the future, because I completely trust them to keep their customers satisfied.

I don't understand it. Everyone else seems to have had a pleasurable purchase through WorldOne. I called Garrett with a potential order for exhaust, turbo upgrade, ECU, possible intercooler etc and he said that he would email me back with quote. That was over 2 weeks ago and I emailed him to check in and he said that he was checking prices. I emailed him 2x since then and have not heard from him. Maybe he's away. Well I will try to call one more time and then try elsewhere.

Wow thats really odd. I think your the first! When I talked to him the other day on the phone, it sounded like he was very busy. Guess that happens when word gets around about his good service. Give him another shot. You wont regret it.

I have been waiting to talk to garret for the last two days and I know from talking to Sam that he has been in and out of the office a lot recently and been very busy... It's very not like garret to respond in a timely manner to your email...as in the past he has been excellent in responding to my inqueries and helping coordinate some a great part order :)... Please don't forget the possiblity that it was not recieved or accidentatly deleted.. as this is what happens in this age of over information where 9 out of 10 emails is spam porn....

I'd say give him a call, it is more than worth it.
