I purchased a Perrin Rear Sway Bar from www.oakos.com I had an e-mail with a tracking number hours later. The bar arrived two days later in perfect condition. All the paperwork was inside including the receipt and a nice little product pamphlet for other items OAKOS sells and are on sale. It was a perfect sale and I will glady order from them again. Thanks OAKOS! Oh and the Bar Shipped Free!! Best when it is free and fast!

Oakos automotive is probably THE BEST vender I have EVEr dealt with. I have ordered multiple items from them, and I always get a personal e-mail stright from Dave himself, always get a tracking number and always get my item between 2-3 bussiness days! That's pretty damn good!
I will probably always order my stuff from them, as long as they have what I'm looking for!
I will spread the word of OAKOS automotive to all my subaru friends here in south orange county!

Dave has figured out the simple sales equation that many vendors can't.
1: Sell parts you have on hand
2: Sell parts at a decent price. You don't have to give it away, but you also don't need to ask top dollar.
3: Ship parts quickly, and carefully. It's really not that difficult.
4: Communicate with the customer the best you can. People get nervous when laying out money over the internet. People like to know that you received their money, and they like tracking numbers when their item ships. People also don't want a BS excuse when something has gone wrong. Tell them the truth.
5: Stand behind the products you sell.
6: Return customers are your bread and butter. Many people shop on price alone, but I believe more shop on reputation, and past treatment.
I've been selling parts for years. I still find it hard to believe that many vendors can't do this.
I just wanted to give Oakos a big thumbs UP! I ordered a set of front and rear brake pads from them on sunday night and they were shipped out the next day. As soon as they were shipped I received an e-mail from David Kearney giving me a tracking number. I received the pads earlier today making shipping time only 4 days. The customer service at Oakos is excellent, thanks again David! I would definently recommend Oakos to anyone, especially since shipping is free on most parts!
