I recently purchased a few things from Park Subaru Oem Parts, first of all their shipping took over a week and a half for priority mail. I ordered parts from subarugenuineparts.com (also with priority mail) 5 days after I placed the order with park subaru, and the parts from genuinesubaruparts arrived sooner.
Next problem I had was when I made my order I used part numbers, and not the catalog. When I recieved the package, I was given the wrong parts.
After all this, I contacted and was willing to pay shipping back to them to get my correct parts, and they told me it was not their problem because when I ordered I did not give them my vin number. Just thought I would give everyone a heads up on a dealership/parts store with terrible customer service.
I will update this post, if the change their minds on fixing their mistake.
