Evo vs C5 corvette vs 350Z(SC)?TT?

Yup, Hello spring

I'm on the LIE today, going west towards exit 44. I see a Vette in front of me.

Looked stock, black C5, chrome rims. I get right on his bumper.
He nails it, I downshift to 4th(60mph) I floor it also. Stay right with him, to redline. Shifted into 5th, and he starts to walk me slowly. This was around 11am light traffic.

Lined up next to him, slowed to around 50mph, as we are doing this Bright HID's come flying up behind me.

(WTF?) Silver 350Z with chrome rims, spoiler, and a front mount

. I was like peace I floored it, jumped out in front of the vette, Z was up my A$$, shift into 5th, Z goes to my right passes me by

Then the Vette passes me also.

Those to crazy A$$es kept going at a high rate of speed. I got my A$$ kicked and backed off.

Lesson learned today.
-My almost stock Evo didn't do to bad vs those two.
-That 350Z was crazy fast.
-I need more power

True but that still won't come anywhere near a turbo'd or SC Z. My buddy's Z put down 260+whp with bolt ons and the turbo ones are supposed to double the stock output of about 230whp.

Wow, you stayed with a C5 when downshifting to 4th gear at 60mph? Should be in 3rd gear next time.

It happens.

I thought my STi was fast until I ran up against an Eclipse one day. It looked like your typical "show car" riced out pos.

He nailed it from about 70mph and I did the same. He pulled on my STi like I was sitting still. I was like shxt!!!
