Thumbs up Legacy has some balls in the twisties

Today coming home from work I decided to take the 'scenic' route across the ridge. In front of me was an '04 Legacy, I think, not the new model. But anyway, I could tell he was game for some fun because approaching the fun stuff he kept getting a bit faster. I'm pretty much stock, suspension wise, except for some end links and Sumitomo's with hardly any tread left and it was pretty even in the tight turns with me gaining on him in some sweepers. My tires were killing me in the tight turns but he was still pretty damn quick. I gave him a thumbs up after we got stuck behind a van but I couldn't tell if he was happy or pissed that I had passed him on a straight. Looking back on it I wished that I had stayed behind him. He looked to be in his 40's.

Cliff Notes: Stock suspension and bald tires suck.
