'04 Stock WRX against Volkswagon Jetta and Honda Civic

So I was driving down Sunrise Blvd. last night and I'm stopped at a light. On the left, a chick in a Honda Civic (presumably stock), on the right, a chick in a Volkswagon Jetta (stock).

I look over, they don't even gimme a glance (this is when I knew it was on! Or maybe they couldn't see through my tinted windows?) The light turns green, I have a near perfect launch from about 4000 RPM, and before they knew it I was about 5 car lengths ahead of them in about 2 seconds, I don't even get into 3rd.

I slow down a bit to let them catch up, look over to give a friendly wave, and neither even give me a glance again. *****es. I guess they didn't like getting TOTALLY owned by a WRX too much.

One time I pulled up to this little old lady in a Buick. She didn't pay any attention to my car so I knew it was ON! I bounced it off the rev limiter before dropping the clutch and smoking that hag's baggy ass. I looked back to see where she was, but she had turned left back at the light. She must have been skeered and decided to turn at the last minute. Old ladies fear the rex.

Do you beat everyone you pass? I mean if you consider that a race so every time you pass someone in the left lane means you beat them.

The other night I was at a stoplight and noticed an 87 year old woman on her motorized scooter on the sidewalk next to me, waiting for the light to change. I think the scooter had at least an intake and possibly a cat back. I threw her a rev but she didn't even glance over. It could have been because she was deaf as a post, but we both knew the race was on. I administered a perfect launch and the race was over by the time I'd hit second gear. Not sure if she could see well enough to know the light had changed.

I hope you guys all read this tongue-in-cheek. It was just a light-hearted Friday "kill" story.
