Or you could just wait a little longer for the 500+ hp Cobra that is rumored to run high 11s stock Ford is determined to keep the price around the same as the older models as they did with the 05 Mustangs which means the new Cobra should be around $35K. I think it will be safe to say that the new Cobra will destroy anything within $10K of its price, hell, thats going to give the Z06 a run for its money

Your thinking of the New Shelby that might replace the Cobra. There is supposed to be a cobra comming out (little faster than the 04 with 05 body and same SC V8) and then they're hoping to replace it with the 550hp Shelby. The Shelby (according to Motor Trend) is going to be targeted at the new Z06 and Viper, so i believe theyre aiming around $70k, which would be about right for that competition. Pick up the March issue of Motor trend, they have a little 2 page teaser with a pic, white with blue stripes (like the Shelby GT350 in "gone in 60 seconds") with sidepipes...definatly looks pretty mean.
