Evo VS STi

I run 272's, my car has an Idle that would Fool Mitsu into thinking it was stock. IT IS ROUGH when you start it cold, but after a warm up, it idles so smooth it is unbelievable, it also allows me to make power to 8000 RPM's on a Stock turbo with NO drop off in power, boost does drop from 21PSI to about 19PSI. After 8000 it just dies, 16G can't do everything you know .


IT IS ALL in tuning. I happen to have, IMHO, the best Evo/DSM tuners in the country Conveniently located 30MINS from my house.

There is. XoticMotorsports. They now do Utec tuning. The owner drives a WRX and their tuner drives an STi. Andy...once putting out 430 AWHP before popping a ringland. He knows his stuff. It's where I go for my basic dyno/datalogging. I also intend on bringing them into play when the AccessTuner gets installed

If you are in Allentown, they would be about an hour to hour and a half south west of you..just below lancaster/parksburg. Out in the middle on nowhere. Cheap too. 60/dyno run w/4 pulls. On dyno days its usually 30/40.

I live in NJ, but am Part of EvoNY, good guys there, lot of knowlege too.


I use Turbotrixx, they can Tune WRX's great ass well. I have seen a Wagon come in with UTEC, FMIC, STi Injectors and VF34 make 300WHP on pump, it was VERY smooth too, that was Noyice.
