Ok I setup a race with this kid.

2002 Yellow S4 BI-Turbo.
Mods
-Catback exaust
-Intake
-Stage 1 chip
-Blow Off valve.

Me Evo
Mods
-Dynoflash Stage 1
-K&N Drop In.

Ok we went from a dig 5/6 times. Every time I would pull about 1 and a half cars through
2nd gear. Shift into third and walk walk away.
From roll- 2nd gear real close. Shift into third gear and pul about 1 and a half cars. Shift into fourth gear and I had 2-3 cars by fifth.

i hate it when people are ****s after races. Just deal, respect that you lost, and go buy some more mods. But really, uve got to be pretty cocky to think that whatever you do to you car is going to beat an Evo, especially a modded Evo.

it depends on what chip the audi is running and if they can drive, they have some crazy aggressive ones. a friend of mine has just a chip and runs high 12's, but i've seen ones like the one you raced that are much slower.

Sweet kill. I have seen those Audi's chipped running 12's as well.
Im bummed ive never got a ride in an evo or driven one.

High 12's on stock turbo's? WOW I think I bought the wrong car. They run mid 14's stock. Just a chip can take the from 14's to 12's.

believe it or not that chip do make a big difference..... i had a run in in texas with one.. i got out in front of him and held him back about 1 car.... 2nd best race i've had since i've owner the EVO. talked to the guy afterwards chip, boost controller, exhaust, ic, piping and some other stuff. pretty quick... he said his best 1/4 time was a 12.6 i believed him car ran pretty strong.

hell a evo can run high 11's on the 16g.... go look on the UR site.

There aren't too many running 11s on the stocker. Check out the drag racing section where it lists 11.99 and faster. I bet most of those are larger turbos. Even if half those were stock turbos that is still not a very long list. If this is true you should be in the 11s. Don't let the bench racers convince you that it is practicle to get 11s on the stock turbo just because a few people on the site have. I might believe it if you have AEM and cams and I emphasize might. Mostly you see mid to high 12s on the stock turbo.

it still might be the guy im thinking of. He prob has the stockers on for the winter. The guy i know was at Yonkers one night and has the same mods. He raced an STi with a UTEC and it was pretty close.

Yeah ECU's or Chips do a ton for Audi's and VW's my brother has a VW and told me that the GIAC chip for an S4 adds 80hp and 100tq. So who knows what kind of chip he actually had but you can easily get an Audi or VW real fast. Nice kill though and too bad he was a bad sport.

yes 70-80 hp and 90-100 tq on just the chip but I heard that they are very unreliable and break down alot and parts are very expensive just as the car itself, i love their look and comfort of the interior though. I had the A4 which is my sisters now so yeah I was into the Audi scene.
