why would you think the car was fast?

Its got 160hp and weighs about 2900lbs. Its not slow by any means, its a nice little peppy car which is a great buy for the money, but def. not a performance car....Though, from the looks of it, its going to be VERY VERY soon with all the companies trying to get on the ball with mods.

I agree with everybody that the Scion TC is a great looking car especially for the price. Too bad the TC doesn't stand for TurboCharged

    Very Close in Weight

that's odd. Car and Driver lists the tC at a curb weight of 3016 lbs. More than 100 lb difference over the weight listed on Scion's website

Next year they will be offering a factory option of a s/c with 200hp though. It will still probably only run higher 14's but I am sure there will be some nice modability with this car.

Thought that only because I was told by someone it was and I have never been in one or ran one. Seen them sitting in parking lots and thats about it. It was about as fast on the Highway as it was sitting in the parking lot.
