uhh..i dunno if i should be proud about this one, either.
i was on highway 509 today in Tacoma.
this one GTS comes by me..it's not the new Generation one.
it was one of those pop up light one..
    93 ~ 94 generation i think.
and we started from 50mph rolling..
    i downshifted to 3rd gear, shifted to 4th @ about 6k rpm.
by the time i was shifting to 4th, i was 2 cars ahead of him.
and then we stopped @ traffic light, did two of
stop and go, and i definitely killed him =)
    all twice.

are those celica GTS any fast? or just the driver sucked?
    -_- my car is stock.

Alltrac celica's were very nice, but they are quite rare so I dont think you raced on of those. Whether or not the last gen celica was fast is all dependent upon what your definition of fast is. They are low 15sec cars in the 1/4mile which obviously means they would lose to a wrx from a dig, but they trap a bit higher than a rex. stock for stock from a roll its going to be very close with the celica getting the edge.

celica GTS is not a Turbo version. It only has 135 HP. GTS is same HP with GT, but get more option ( means more heavy ).

Even a Impreza 2.5RS can beat them!!!!!
