    ClubWRX.net does not condone, support or approve of street racing.

    Any posts planning, organizing or arranging any sort of illegal activity on public roads will be immediately deleted. Ownership and management of the club refuse to expose the organization to any such liability or related risk. Use of this forum and implementation of the rules by moderators and other managers will be entirely discretionary, and will not warrant a warning unless deemed appropriate by said personality.

    Furthermore, members posting the threads are subject to banning without warning. This post serves as fair warning to all, and pleas and excuses will fall on deaf ears. Again, moderators will be allowed to use their own discretion handling this.

    I want to make sure I understand what ClubWRX.net has posted above. To make everything clear.
    It sounds like you don't approve of "pre" street racing planning /org. What about the after math of street racing. I understand that you don't condone it. but do you allow the posts on your boards of the after math of a street race.

    So in other words, are we allowed to post the little stories that we encounter on the way home that turned into a "street race"

    Posting kill stories is fine.

    Arranging to meet up and race is not fine.

    Email each other if you must...but not on a public forum, where ANYONE can read it. That should be a good enough of a hint

    The po-po has been known to search public forums.

    Further, public forums have been known to be used in court cases (warranty stuff) to show someone has been racing/abused their car.

    Supposedly there was someone on a motorcycle forum who ran from the po-po, officer went online, the idiot blabbed about it, guess who showed up at motorcycle man's door the next day?

    It's best to just keep your mouth quiet on the issue.

    This isn't about supporting street racing, it's about covering their ass so they dont' get sued
