    nope, his car only have a dinan intake. i know because i asked him what mods he run. stock e46 usually run 13.3. if you have an upipe, turboback, and mbc, then your wrx is considered a stage 2.

    btw, with all those mods you listed for the e46, it should be in the 12s.
