from a dead stop you will win by very little...
I don't think he has the Automatic so the top-ends of both cars should be comparable. So from a stop unless you screw the launch you will take him. No offense SLOW4eat

i beat her by SEVERAL car lengths. she can bang gears alright ,but she CAN'T launch

she then yelled at my friend for "setting her up with a much faster car"

on the highway it was a close race, but then when we started gonig up a slight incline i dominated because my car has a ton more torque.

yes, because the automatic has taller gears to pull, and the MT only falls out of the powerband on the 2nd gear upshift. Autotransmissions are typically heavier and absorb more hp A stage II manual rarely falls out of the powerband.

For arguements sake ill just drop it. Im making my determination off a buddy that has a 5MT. When we were of equal mods he used to obviously take me from the dig but from a roll id pull a bit. Now its no competition but i think the Auto loses out on the the launch. Once you start modding that 1 sec diff narrows.

His mods at time: DP, MBC 16psi

Mine was a stage 2 w/uppipe. Boost was about 15psi
