Another one (or two)! "King 8" and cooper S

OK OK I know i'm not nice for picking on slower cars, but sometimes people need a piece of shut the hell up every now and then!

I had an incident with a mustang gt this afternoon. We were at a light with our windows down. The guy, who was in the car with his GF, started mouthing off about my exhaust and why am i trying to make my "slow ass four banger sound like a king 8" (yes, that's a direct quote) I make a remark about how if his "king 8" sounds like my four banger than he's the one that's got the problem... blah blah blah (yea, long ass light!)

As this is progressing, a Mini-S pulls up on the other side of me. Apparently he's buddies with the mustang guy and starts talking up his boys car. my response? "Your mini must be slow as hell if you're sitting at a light lined up, talking up another car." That shut him up.

Anyway, the opposing light turned yellow and all you hear is engines revving. Light turns green and the mustang and mini both jump out (I don't launch my car... i like my tranny ) So they get about a car ahead and both start looking back smiling and laughing. Then I hit boost, and suddenly I'm right next to them both. Shift to second and it's over. By the time third rolls around I could've stopped, done a firedrill, gotten back in, and still been ahead. We catch a light about a mile down the road, and they are both on my sides again, very quiet. Mustang guy's GF leans over and yells out "What are you packing?!" (we could start an entire thread devoted to assinine answers to this question, but that's another story). I lean over very calmly... "More than these guys, that's for sure!" She liked that one, he didn't. Light turns green and he takes off thinking that he can run away from his problems... not this one. I pace him all the while waving to his gf and winking LOL He finally had enough and turned off very suddenly. I stuck my arm out the window to wave to his girl.... she returned the favor!

LMAO, that truely deserves the "had my way with his girl, too" that I pulled in my thread.


EDIT: Things like that make me wanna hand over my car to Bob and Rich and say "lets do this"

I was thinking of that thread of yours as the whole thing was unfolding... i'd be lying if I said you you didn't inspire me a little!

You don't need to give your car to bob and rich to put mustangs in their place... all you need is a CAI and a BOV! Unless we're talking cobra's.... that might require a call to the PT guys!
