    Lost to an A4 (sneaky)

Alight, so let me set the stage here: My friend and I are out for a cruise and a silver Audi A4 rolls next to me. We get to a red light and he revs his engine and rolls down his window. He asks if I wanna have a go, so I say "Eh, why not?" He then tells me he's stock, so I'm thinking that I'm about to stomp this guy. The light turns, I gun it and take the lead, and then all the sudden he flies by me with the white smokey-mist doing bursts from his pipe. The a$$hole was spraying NOS. Stock my a$$. I was pissed to say the least. I roll up to him, he starts laughing, and then drives off. That's life.

    Well ...

Let him keep spraying because it'll run out some time and then lasy the smack down. NOS, NOS, NOS ... anyone can spray. However in a street race it's free to anyone.

NOS also stands for 'new old stock' so technically speaking it's still stock

    Coffinrocker,

Ummmmm, i think you raced me....

Wednesday night i see two white guys in a silver WRX, and i see if they want to play, and it appears that they, in fact, do. We lined up at the light and i lowered my window to talk to you. Since ive never raced a WRX im curious.

If i recall correctly, i pulled up to you and YOU asked me if i wanted to race...i replied "Eh, why not?" I felt bad because my A4 is far from stock, which is why I then asked you your mods, you replied stock. I then TOLD you that i have a PES T28 turbocharger kit in my car and make ~285hp/280 ft-lb torque. You then replied that you are new to racing (suggesting you don't know how to launch well).

After i did in fact beat you i merely smiled....we did a couple runs (i want to say we hit 2 lights together), then lined up side by side and did some WOT, then i took a right onto Route 53, and i freaking waved to you out of politeness.

Im not gonna gloat over beating a stock WRX, heck, i never gloat period. I like WRXs alot.

Perhaps this is mere coinicidence...but your from Chicago, and this occurred just last night, on Butterfield Road, Oakbrook/Wheaton area?

Am i mistaken? BTW i assure i don't use "naws." Don't spread lies about A4 owners being asses, that is the S4 owners You think im juicing, im more than happy to hand you your ass again

www. pes-tuning.com has more info on my T28 setup.

    Cheers

That isn't 285 at the wheels is it? Is that an estimated crank number derived from whp?
