Finally a Porsche

Well not really. I have never really run against a porsche of any kind. So I see this Carrara 4S w/2 kids in their early 20's. The top is down and their cruising on the strip. I pull up to them and give them the " I want to run you look"...You all know the look. They look back and he immediately down shifts. I look over and tell him not here because a. too many cops... and b. its just not safe. I tell him to go to the spot down the road where these matters can be addressed. Now know these 2 things about me...

1. I never talk s#$t.
2. I never get mad

His friend looks at me and just like a scene from 2f2f says this is an s4...CARRERA...I then laugh and ask him, well is it fast...While I already know the answer. He says again its a porsche baby, you dont want to get smoked...Now Im fuming ...So I said to him lets try it , I bet you lose...try me...He looks over and I think that might have got him, he suddenly stops and pulls a u-turn...
I'm like what a friggin punk...I so wanted to kick his a@@...I am so fuming right now...my girl was like you should go follow him but it wasnt worth it...
Just a tool in a porsche...I so wanted his tail though.

Whats that car run anyways? I was thinking low 13's at around 106-110... Just thought I'd share..Im sure you all have run into this too...

I saw a porche manual conv C4 trap at 105 they range from 105-108 depending the fastest is with a manual,rear wheel drive and coupe those should trap 107-108 and they do low 13s. They can be easy to take specially when you are talking about a conv auto and 4wheel drive and bad driver thats usually the case since a rich kid is driving it.

You're right, low 13s at mid-high 100s. Nothin you couldn't easily handle.

I actually pulled my friends 4S, with my current mods. But he had 2 people in the car besides himself, and the top down. But i pulled about 5 cars on him from 60-120. With the top down and no passengers i know he would have walked me. But ya, they trap at around 104-105. You would have smashed that porsche, wouldnt even be funny.

What model year was it?

My friend has a tiptronic 2001 Porsche 4S, and I was even with him with a turboback and uppipe until the end of 3rd gear from a 1st gear 15mph roll. Same thing from a stop.

Then we did 60mph and 40mph rolls with him pulling a fender or so until 90, when he would keep going and my 4th gear would hate me and boost would taper off at 4,000rpm's.....

You would've destroyed him if it wasn't a newer one. In fact, you probably would've destroyed him anyway.

He was such a tool though..and I didnt keep my cool...I talked smack right back and actually wanted to take the kid in the passenger seat and smash...ahhh never mind...I just wanted to finally take a porsche...

It looked brand new.

you're forgetting that i have an auto so you have the advantage....where do you get race gas? cause the local place over here likes to bend people over on their prices....

Hmm....I think you still will run things.. I will only go from a roll so...what advantage do I have now. I guess we'll just have to do it to find out.
